This is my pleasure to inform you all that I am coordinating the "First Call Centers Association of Pakistan(CCAP) Meeting" that is to be held on February 5th, 2004. I request everyone to let me know if you will definitely be attending the meeting (or not) so that all-necessary arrangements can be taken.
